Counseling Procedure
Assist students to choose the colleges or universities as per the fee structure and the course.
Advice students on necessary course such as English language, tests preparation classes and scoring techniques.
Communication with the colleges or universities to acquire Application Forms, I-20s. Offer letter and scholarship information.
Assist students in completing Application Forms, Reference Forms, Teacher's Evaluation Forms, and reports from concerned colleges/universities.
Corresponding the completed documents to respective colleges / universities.
Assist students in preparation of financial documents such as: sponsorship documents, bank statements, and statements of intents.
Provide guidelines and build confidence within student for interview in Embassy for visa.
Organize traveling and accommodation for the students.
